Your Responsibility of the Rental Merchandise

We ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. You are FULLY responsible for the items while they are in your care. If beach rental items are stolen, lost, damaged, misplaced, etc., you will be REQUIRED to pay the full replacement cost of the item(s), and your card will be charged accordingly. Equipment must be returned in operable condition. We ask with Umbrellas, that you lower them when unattended. In the event of high winds (15 mph and above), we will NOT set up umbrellas for safety concerns, and we ask that you do likewise.

For items bought, all sales are final because unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we will offer exchanges if the item bought, has not been worn, opened or damaged in any way. Exchanges must be made within one (1) week of purchase.

Payments

We accept payments via Zelle, credit card or cash payments. If you are paying via credit card, please note it will incur a 3% bank fee at checkout. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as Sax O’ Pan Serenades Cash payments will require a form of ID, which we will take a record of in the form of a picture, at the time of delivery. When paying with cash, we also require a $50 deposit which will be returned to you once equipment is returned in good condition. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge the card on file if equipment is not returned, or is not in the same condition as it was when it was rented out. In order to guarantee equipment availability, we require payment in advance before any equipment can be reserved.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made one (1) week prior to arrival, to avoid the cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than one week prior to your arrival, will have a 25% ($10 minimum) fee assessed. Upon arrival we cannot offer refunds, but we will be glad to make exchanges for items of comparable or greater value. However, you will be responsible for any additional fees if you select a higher priced item. For same day reservations, you will not be able to cancel or receive a refund after the items have been dropped off.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously and take all precautions to protect your information. We request information from you on our order form. To order from us, you must provide contact information (like name and delivery address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or equipment order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
